Speaker Bio

Mama G’s restaurant was founded by Gloria Calixto, who moved to the U.S. from Peru over 20 years ago. Inspired by her mother’s home-cooked recipes, she began crafting her signature spicy Peruvian sauce made with fresh ingredients, which quickly became a hit among friends and family. With the help of her husband and sons, what began as small-batch sauce production has grown into a thriving business. Mama G’s offers an authentic Peruvian dining experience featuring family recipes with Gloria’s famous hand-crafted sauce, bringing the vibrant flavors of Peru to your table.
